Before your appointment

Avoid aggressive facial treatments, peels, retinoids, and excessive sun exposure immediately before your appointment. Arrive with clean skin and disclose relevant medications or skin conditions during consultation.

After your appointment

Keep the treated area clean and follow the healing instructions provided at your appointment. Do not pick flakes or scabs. Avoid excessive moisture, sweating, swimming, saunas, and direct sun during the initial healing period.

Before your appointment

Arrive without eye makeup, mascara, oils, or strip-lash adhesive. Remove contact lenses if they make you uncomfortable during the service.

After your appointment

Keep lashes clean with a lash-safe cleanser, brush gently, and avoid oil-heavy products around the eyes. Do not pull or pick the extensions. Schedule fills according to your natural lash cycle and Stojanka’s recommendation.

Before your appointment

Avoid cutting the cuticles immediately before your appointment. Please tell Stojanka about sensitivities, damaged nails, or recent reactions to nail products.

After your appointment

Use cuticle oil regularly, wear gloves for prolonged water or chemical exposure, and do not use the nails as tools. Contact the studio if lifting, discomfort, or damage occurs.

Do not shave immediately before the appointment if your skin is sensitive. Mention any cuts, irritation, pain, or health concern before service begins.

After your appointment

Moisturize feet regularly, keep footwear clean and dry, and avoid picking treated skin. Seek medical care for persistent pain, swelling, infection, or concerns outside the cosmetic scope of the service.
